The ambassador of L’Etape Cyprus by Tour de France is Matej John Degenkolb, who has been achieving success and top results on major cycling races for a decade and is one of the few cyclists in the history of this sport with stage victories in all three Grand Tour - 1 victory on Tour de France (2018), 1 on Giro d' Italia (2013) and 10 stages on Vuelta (2012, 2014 & 2015). He also won some of the cycling ''Monuments'' with Paris-Roubaix & Milan-San Remo in 2015 and has also many other major victories behind him: Paris-Tours, Gent-Wevelgem, Hamburg Cyclassics, etc..
